Terms of Service

I. General Rules

-I do no permit my artworks and designs to be used for any activities involved in NFTs and AI.-Wallfloras and Parfumimi are closed species, which means that permission to create or own a Wallflora and Parfumimi must be obtained from Babypippo/ Pippo with written permission.- All cash payments will be done via Paypal invoices in USD.- Purchasing a design means you retain licensing rights to the design.-Designs may only be resold if they were obtained using money. Designs not obtained using money (i.e. obtained via trade or gift) cannot be resold.-Designs may not be resold for higher than they were purchased for. Additional commissioned pieces of the design can add to the design's resale value.- Refunds from me or guest artists are not permitted.- Designs may be held for a user for 48 hrs (extensions may be discussed).- Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.-I am not responsible for any fraudulent activity or chargebacks from third parties.-Violations to the Terms of Service will result in being blocked and having your username be posted in my public blacklist .-I have the right to revoke ownership of my artwork or design if the client violates my Terms of Service.

II. Artist Rights

- I retain copyright and intellectual property of my designs and artwork.- I reserve the right to post my work and the works of guest artists on public social media platforms.-A 15% fee will be required if you request to revoke the artwork from being published on public social media platforms.- I reserve the right to use official art/designs on my website, portfolios, merchandise, prints, artbooks, etc.- I reserve the right to ban / redistribute ownership over a design and terminate the rights to my designs for anyone who breaks the Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to the harassment of any individuals, scamming, theft, filing refund/chargeback, failure to pay.- Edits to my original work are only permitted by the owner of the design/art piece. Any edits must be clearly noted that an edit has been made.

III. Commercial Use

-Commercial use refers to using the reproduction of designs for a profit. This may include but is not limited to artbooks, events, prints, animations, video streams and videos productions.The commercial fee is a separate fee calculated from the design cost.E.g. commercial fee type A for a design that costs $100 is $250. The total paid for design and commercial fee would be $350.- 'artwork' refers to the use of the design's image/artwork or specifically the png of the design.

IV. Payment Plans

-Payment plans are accepted for designs valued at $200 USD and above.- A minimum upfront deposit of 25% is required.-Design valued under $500 must be repaid within 2 months.-Design valued over $500 must be repaid within 3 months.- No refund will be given for any failure to fulfill the payment plan.- Full character ownership and the transfer of unwatermarked files will not be given until the full payment is complete.- Each user is limited to one payment plan at one time.- Payment plan requirements for co-owners are the same as for single owners.
